Motor Way General Transport L.L.C is seeking a qualified and experienced HAAD (DOH) Licensed Doctor to join our ambulance service team in Abu Dhabi. The candidate will be responsible for providing emergency medical care, patient stabilization, and safe medical support during transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate medical care and emergency treatment to patients during ambulance transport
- Assess patient condition and perform necessary medical interventions
- Stabilize patients before and during transfer to healthcare facilities
- Administer medications and follow approved treatment protocols
- Coordinate with paramedics, nurses, and hospital staff for patient handover
- Maintain accurate patient records and medical reports
- Ensure all medical equipment and ambulance supplies are properly maintained and ready for use
- Adhere to DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) regulations and clinical guidelines
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and ensure high standards of patient care
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid DOH/HAAD License as a General Practitioner or Emergency Physician
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in emergency or ambulance services preferred
- Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols
- Ability to work under pressure and handle critical situations
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in shifts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in ambulance or pre-hospital care
- Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Previous UAE experience is an advantage
